By using ezraplastering.com and the services of Ezra Platering Corp, doing business as Ezra Plastering ("Ezra Plastering"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

Services

Ezra Plastering provides residential plastering services in Greater Boston, Massachusetts, including Venetian plaster, microcement, tadelakt, plaster ceiling repair, water damaged ceiling repair, stucco repair and blueboard and veneer plaster. The scope and price of each job are defined in a written estimate before any work begins.

Eligibility (Age Restriction)

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services and to opt in to receive SMS messages from Ezra Plastering. By using our website or subscribing to our SMS program, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older.

Ezra Plastering SMS Program

  1. Ezra Plastering sends estimate follow ups, appointment reminders, confirmations, project updates and (with separate consent) promotional offers to customers who opt in through the consent boxes on our contact form.
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the number. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially.
  3. If you experience any issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to contact@ezraplastering.com or (617) 461-7575.
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Estimates and Payments

Every estimate is provided in writing with the scope and value of the work. Work is scheduled only after you accept the estimate.

Limitation of Liability

Website content is provided for general information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ezra Plastering is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website.
